What's included in this course?
With Marja, you'll learn all aspects of fitness! From mobility to lifting skills, the course is designed to broaden your fitness horizons so when your sessions are over, you'll know exactly what to train and how to do it.
The course will also give you the opportunity experience all areas of ASV, as Marja will use the gym, lifting platforms, running track and more to deliver your sessions!
Functional Fitness is suitable for all abilities, whether you're a newcomer or not!
How it works
- 8 spaces available
- Course starts Wednesday 30th October
- 2 sessions per week, for 4 weeks
Every Wednesday, 8:00pm - 9:30pm
Every Sunday, 5:00pm - 6:30pm
- £60.00 for course
